SimpleTime Sub-processors

Purpose. Cloud hosting (Container Apps, Postgres Flexible, Key Vault, Front Door, ACR, Container Apps Jobs).

Data category. All customer data hosted by Simple Time (time entries, clients, projects, invoices, OAuth tokens, audit logs).

Purpose. Large-language-model inference for AI billing narratives, AI Fill Week, billable classifier, and AI FAQ widget. Zero Data Retention contract. Not used to train models.

Data category. The specific prompt content sent to the model (calendar event titles, time entry descriptions, invoice line items). Stripped of identifiers where possible.

Purpose. Simple Time's own SaaS subscription billing. Customer credit-card details collected directly by Stripe Checkout; Simple Time never sees the card number.

Data category. Workspace owner email and billing-contact details. No customer time-entry, project, or integration data.

Purpose. Optional product analytics (session replay, heatmaps) to help diagnose UI bugs and improve UX. Only loads when the user accepts the cookie banner.

Data category. Anonymized UI interaction events (clicks, scroll, page views). No form values or user-typed content.
